  • DECLARED INCOME PRODUCTS
    1. Vanilla Income Program: This program has been designed for self-employed segment wherein the eligibility is derived on the basis of the income declared in ITR.
    2. Gross Profit Method: This is a Normal Income program wherein the eligibility is derived basis Gross Profit or 15% of Turnover whichever is lower.
    3. Gross Turnover Program for Professionals: This is a Normal Income program which is targeted for professionals which are Practicing Doctors, Practicing Architects and Practicing Chartered Accountants.


  • DERIVED INCOME PROGRAM
    1. Debt Consolidator: This program is applicable for customers who have multiple loans running and wants to consolidate all/ some loans to reduce debt burden by way of lowering the EMI. This is available for auto/ PL/ BL/ Mortgage customers where they are servicing the loans which are ECS/ PDC backed loans.
    2. Mortgage BT + Top Up: This program is mainly to cater to customers who have existing mortgage loan running with selected banks/ FI and wants to transfer their loan for more top up or better terms.
    3. Loans for Purchase of Commercial Property (NRP- Non Residential Purchase): This program caters to customers who want to purchase commercial property with intent of self-occupation or lease out for better return. Property should be ready for possession and to be approved for commercial usage by appropriate authorities.
    4. Banking Product: This is a Normal Income program which is targeted for professionals which are Practicing Doctors, Practicing Architects and Practicing Chartered Accountants.

  • Identity Proof: PAN Card is mandatory along with residence and office address proof
  • Vintage of Business existence
  • Latest 2 years ITR along with financials, schedules and annexures.
  • Audit report along with latest 6 months bank statement
  • Details of all current loans and closure proof in case loans are closed in last 3 months
  • Processing fee cheque from operating account
  • Property documents with last 13 years chain documents

Self Employed Professionals         

  • Application Form : with photograph
  • Identity Proof: PAN Card is mandatory along with residence and office address proof
  • Vintage of Business existence
  • Copy of professional practice certificates
  • Latest 2 years ITR along with financials, schedules and annexures.
  • Audit report along with latest 6 months bank statement
  • Details of all current loans and closure proof in case loans are closed in last 3 months
  • Processing fee cheque from operating account
  • Property documents with last 13 years chain documents
